Josh has been a member of our Montclair store since October 2007and is a full-time student at UCR. He spends his free time with his girlfriend Constance. Josh loves to help make that perfect moment come to life for every couple he encounters, and actively seeks to make every experience unique and special.

My favorite proposal I helped to arrange was for a couple named Daniel and Cynthia. He wanted something untraditional and something that included their closest friends. We contacted the ESPN Zone – it was supposed to be small party while watching some event the placed the message "Will you Marry Me?" would come up on the screen they were watching. To everyone’s surprise, the manager placed the message on over 300 different screens throughout the entire store! An overwhelmed Cynthia said "YES!"

Iza Montgomery- Dallas store

Jessica "Iza" Montgomery works in our Dallas, TX store and has been with Robbins Bros since December 2006. Iza says there is nothing more exciting than being involved in a memorable proposal.

Some of her favorite proposals include Matt, who surprised Kirsten in front of 300 people at a Can't Stop the Serenity convention. Stephen proposed in front of a bonfire with beautiful Colorado as the backdrop, while Mike engraved a plaque with the date and "Will You Marry Me" on it, and attached it to a park bench that they pass while walking her dog.

Andrea Watson - Torrance store

Andrea Watson catapulted her way into the genesis of Robbins Bros. Perfect Proposal project as soon as she joined the company in July 2006. She quickly became the regional top producer of proposals and was awarded the Inaugural Membership to the Robbins Bros. Perfect Proposals Club in March 2007 and the President's Club in July 2007.

Her favorite proposals include:

• Helping Ryan propose to Trish at the Old Lahaina Luau in Hawaii. Andrea worked it out with the stage crew so that between the pre-show and the regular show, while Ryan took Trisha for a twilight walk on the beach, the stage lights went down and a spotlight shone on them as he got down on one knee and proposed in Hawaiian!

• Marty & Michelle. Marty proposed to Michelle at the Sky Room in Long Beach. After dining on the open-air balcony high above the city, the band called the couple to the dance floor, and with all eyes on them, Marty proposed and Michelle said yes! The band then played their song, Elvis' "I Can't Help Falling in Love with You." There wasn't a dry eye in the house.

Leilani Faiai - San Diego store

Leilani has been with Robbins Bros. since 2004. She wholeheartedly believes in making the dreams of couples in love come true. She knows that every guy or girl that walks into Robbins Bros. already has a tiny idea of what he/she wants to do for their proposal. So, Leilani's motto: listen, suggest, and sprinkle the romance!

"My favorite proposal was when I set up my customer at a dinner theatre. He was a really creative guy and loved the idea of an onstage proposal. He was able to get a tiny part in the play! The night of the proposal, he brought her on stage, the lights went out, and he got down on one knee with our Robbins Bros. blue lighted box and popped the question!"

Monica Mendoza - Houston Loop store

Monica has been with Robbins Bros. since May 2007. In her free time she likes to read, practice playing the piano, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

The proposal I'm most proud of took place at Riverside Church in Norman, Oklahoma. Adejare planned on visiting his girlfriend Felicia, and her family for Thanksgiving. We had a dozen red roses, a banner, and a CD of her favorite love song shipped to the church. That morning, Felicia picked Adejare up from the airport to join everyone at her parents' house. On the way, he asked if they could stop by her church to give thanks and pray. When they walked into the chapel, she was shocked by the banner (that read "Will you marry me?") lying by the alter. Adejare led her down the aisle, got down on one knee, and asked her to be his wife as their song played in the background. She said YES!!! They laughed, cried, hugged and prayed. As the newly engaged couple was leaving, the Pastor congratulated them and they went off to share the good news with her family.

Iris Machuca - Canoga Park store

Iris Machuca works in our Canoga Park, CA store and has been with Robbins Bros since February 2007. Iris speaks Spanish and English fluently. Her hero is her grandmother because she represents honesty, integrity, and everything good about the world.

Iris is a hopeless romantic. This is why Iris does an unbelievable job everyday at work. She is very passionate about helping guys plan that ideal proposal, and she gets excited about each and every proposal.

Kira-Leigh Jackson - Arlington store

Kira Jackson works in our Dallas TX store and has been with Robbins Bros since October 2006. Kira is a quiet young woman with dreams of helping others to find theirs. She prides herself on the more simplistic and sometimes "hopelessly" romantic moments of planning a proposal.

Her favorite proposals include such moments as a hallway lined with candles and rose petals leading the beloved to her man on bended knee, his heart on his sleeve, and a line band of gold, begging the question, "Will you marry me?"

Christina Gonzalez - Oak Brook store

Christina has been with Robbins Brothers Oak Brook location since August of 2007 and has helped numerous amounts of gentlemen with planning their perfect proposal. When not helping make the dreams of couples in love come true, Christina goes to school at the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a psychology major. In her free time, Christina enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new things and helping others.

Her favorite proposal so far is when she helped David propose to his girlfriend Vanessa on Christmas Eve. We arranged for Christmas Carolers to come and sing at their home and sing the song "Carol of the bells" and had the carolers changed the words to "Will you marry me". When the Carolers started to sing, Vanessa looked confused and when David got down on his knee, she started to cry and of course said "Yes".

Nadia Vargas - Oak Brook store

Nadia also known as "little one" has been with Robbins Bros. in the Oak Brook location since November 2007. In her spare time Nadia enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She also loves watching Sex and the City shows and White Sox games.

Her favorite proposal story would have to be Joe and Leah. It is truly from the heart and romantic. Leah came into Robbins Bros to show her boyfriend of three years the ring of her dreams. However, what Leah didn’t know was that Joe came into the store some days prior and purchased the ring. Joe took Leah to a case where we setup pictures of the couple and a lobster with a red hearted box. Joe got down on one knee said those words she had been waiting to hear. Bells rang and she said YES.

Sofia Guerrero - Houston Loop store

Sofia has been with Robbins Brothers since September 2007. In her spare time she enjoys jamming out to guitar hero, going to rock shows and watching romantic movies. She also likes to spend quality time with friends and family.

My favorite proposal story is the one of Jason and Caleche. Jason was eager to propose to his girlfriend in New York City. After a few days of brainstorming, we came up with the idea for him to propose on a carriage ride through Central Park, with our blue lighted box. The picture he painted for me was absolutely stunning: a vintage carriage ride with snow falling on the ground. They were bundled up and cuddling, just like in the movies! I feel so proud to say I was part of making that dream a reality. There is no place I'd rather be than helping the dreams of people in love come true.

Crystal Leyendecker - Arlington store

Crystal was a member of the original opening team for the Dallas Galleria store. She Started with RB as a part time Diamond Consultant and shortly moved into a full time position. In May she had a baby boy and went on maternity leave. After her son was born she return to The RB family and came back as a part of the AFI team. Her favorite thing about being a part of the AFI team in Dallas is, " making the dreams of couples in love come true."

My favorite proposal story:
I had a client that new that his girlfriend would be mad if he did something big and over the top. So we thought of the idea of them going to dinner at her favorite restraunt and after dinner come home like it was a normal night and in the middle of the night he slipped the ring on her finger and when she woke up it was there and a note that said," will you marry me!"

Lindsey Holcomb - Oak Brook store

Lindsey has been with Robbins Bros. since August of 2007. When not coordinating proposals, Lindsey enjoys going out with friends, being crafty, and keeping up with celebrity gossip. She also likes playing with her cat Pearl, shopping, and watching movies.

One of her favorite proposals was when she helped Mike propose to Jen at the Adler Planetarium in downtown Chicago. Mike surprised Jen by picking her up early from work and taking her to the Planetarium. After the sky show, the couple snuck back in to the theatre where Mike proposed under the twinkling stars. The couple then enjoyed an architectural tour of the city and dinner at The Signature Room in the Hancock Building. To make the evening even more special, the couple spent a romantic evening at their favorite hotel.

Jen Griffin - Baybrook

Jen has been with RB for 10 years, 8.5 in California, and the most recent in Texas. In her spare time, that is when she gets time, she spends it with the love of her life, the man she calls SPF. Working on the house, retiling the bathroom, it's just all good!

My favorite proposal was when we set up the helicopter flight over Las Vegas.(Being from LA, it seemed to me like a nobrainer) She (from LA) had no idea, she thought, OK cool, He (from the East Coast) had never been over Vegas, so she was thinking she's doing him a favor, so to speak, then at dusk, as they were in awe of the lights, he opened one of our beautiful lit boxes, and asked her to be with him for the rest of his life! It was amazing! Then of course, Yes, she said! Even from Texas, I could help him pull off a Vegas proposal!
