Robbins Brothers no longer operates stores in the Houston market. We do have store locations in Dallas and Arlington, Texas and in Southern California.
We know that the benefits you have obtained with your purchase are important to you and we want to do our best to continue to honor these commitments.
Lifetime Diamond Warranty
Helzberg Diamonds, a trusted diamond jeweler that has been in operation over 90 years with 5 stores in the Houston marketplace, has kindly offered to provide complimentary ring cleanings and to perform the six-month warranty inspection required in order for your Robbins Brothers Lifetime Warranty to remain active. Please visit www.helzberg.com to find the location closest to you.
If your ring needs a diamond replaced under the warranty please contact Robbins Brothers directly.
Service Plans
Helzberg Diamonds will recommend and complete all repairs covered under your existing Peace of Mind Promise or Jewelry Service Policy at no cost to you. Remember to bring all the paperwork associated with your purchase.
You also have the option to ship your item to Robbins Brothers for repairs covered under your Peace of Mind Promise or Jewelry Service Policy. (Customer will only need to pay for shipping and insurance to the store.)
If repairs or services are required but not covered under the warranty or service plans, you can have Helzberg do the repairs and pay the charges, or you can ship the item to Robbins Brothers at the address below, and we’ll provide you with an estimate of the cost to repair item.
