2. Lifetime Diamond Warranty Promise
We'll replace your diamond if it chips or cracks.
Our complimentary warranty makes sure your diamond stays in tip-top shape for a lifetime. It's the least we can do for trusting us with a purchase that's given with the promise "Till death do we part".
- Diamond Replacement - If your diamond chips, cracks or separates from the mounting, we will replace it for a lifetime.
- Ring Cleaning and Check Up - Take advantage of our free Six-Point inspection to restore your ring's original brilliance. And bring your ring in every six months for a free check up to keep your Lifetime Diamond Warranty valid. (kind of like a free visit to the spa for your ring).
- Trade Up - If you trade in your center diamond of ¼ carat or larger, purchased at Robbins Bros., you'll receive the full purchase price toward another diamond of at least twice the original purchase price. All you'll need is your original receipt to verify the purchase price.
3. Lifetime Maintenance Promise
We guarantee your ring will always shine.
With your complimentary lifetime promise, your ring will stay as beautiful as the first day you slipped it on your finger. While some repair charges may apply due to normal wear, we are proud to offer the following services absolutely free of charge:
