We guarantee your ring will always shine.With your complimentary Lifetime Six-Point Inspection Promise, your ring will stay as beautiful as the first day you slipped it on your finger. While some repair charges may apply due to normal wear, we are proud to offer the following services absolutely free of charge:

Lifetime Diamond Warranty Promise
We'll replace your diamond if it chips or cracks.Our complimentary warranty makes sure your diamond stays in tip-top shape for a lifetime. It's the least we can do for trusting us with a purchase that's given with the promise "Till death do we part".
- Diamond Replacement - If your diamond chips, cracks or separates from the mounting and is lost, we will replace it for a lifetime.
- Complimentary Cleaning and Inspection for Life - It is our pleasure to clean and inspect your diamond every time you visit Robbins Brothers (kind of like a free visit to the spa for your ring).
- Trade Up - If you trade in your center diamond of ¼ carat or larger, purchased at Robbins Bros., you'll receive the full purchase price toward another diamond of at least twice the original purchase price. All you'll need is your original receipt to verify the purchase price.
*Ring must be brought into a Robbins Brothers location every 6 months for inspection.

Diamond Certification
Most of our diamonds are certified by independent laboratories. We'll provide you with everything you want to know about your diamond.
- Chart of unique internal and external identifying characteristics in case of loss.
- A diagram plotted by a Certified Gemologist that shows the internal and external characteristics unique to your diamond. This is important in the identification of your diamond.
